Scrub Jay - a bird that if found in Florida only and is presently endangered because man has taken up too much of their habitat. It is encouraging to note that they are gradually making a comeback.
This picture and the next are of my favorite song birds - the Mockingbird.
Sometimes I see something that attracts my eye and when I get it home I like to play with it. This is one of those things.

White pelicans have in flight have been a challenge for me so even though they were in the distance I had to shot them.

This picture and the next 4 were all taken by a small pond where these egrets took turns fishing as they flew from one side to the other.
I can never pass up a chance to photograph Spoonbills. The next 3 photos feature Spoonbills as well.
For years I did not see a Caracara and this year I have photographed them on 3 different occasions. This one was working on a road kill and then flew to a tree as you will see in the next 3 shots.
Ospreys are always good for a photo. Here he just caught a large fish.
My final photos feature the Red Shouldered Hawk. We found him on this fence post and then he started to fly around as you will see in the final pictures.
