Ryan is 14 and has an interest in photography so we took a few trips photographing together.
One of Ryan's items on things he wanted to do was drive the boat so we gave him a lot of opportunities to do that.
Whenever Ryan drove I had a chance to take a couple of pictures. Montana just loves riding in the boat as you can see.
This was our final night together and I thought it would be nice to have a picture taken by the lake at sunset. (Note the black eye courtesy of Montana)
This is Hayden who is now 11. He likes to do everything. This was his breakfast on a visit to "A Day on The Farm" which showcases 1 farm per county in Wisconsin.
They serve literally 1000s of people and you'll note that they don't use conventional kitchen utensils.
Hayden wanted his picture taken in this large John Deere Tractor tire.
And while Hayden was here I gave him piano lessons. He did very well - learned to count, read notes and he finished a complete piano book in 2 weeks. This is an image overlay done in camera of him and his favorite tune.
This caught my eye as the 4th of July was upon us and I walked past it everyday.
This along with the next 4 images are of fireworks in the small town of Bonduel. We can get close enough to them to see the guys setting them off.
And finally this along with the next 4 images are of dragonflies that I saw on my walk early in the morning. I learned how important it was to consider Depth of Field when I looked at these. Just a slight wing angle makes a world of difference.
